Digital Products & Refund Policy

Silverwisp Cottage currently sells digital products through Etsy. No physical item will be shipped unless a listing clearly states otherwise.
Because digital products are made available electronically, returns, exchanges, and cancellations generally cannot be accepted after a file has been downloaded or accessed. Any exception required by applicable law will be honored. The terms displayed in the applicable Etsy listing and Etsy’s current policies also apply to every purchase.
If you receive an incorrect file, experience a technical problem, or believe a product is materially different from its listing, please contact us through Etsy Messages. We will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue, replace a defective file, or provide other appropriate assistance.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing description, included file types, page sizes, software requirements, and printing information before purchasing. Colors and print results may vary depending on the screen, printer, paper, ink, and printer settings used.
Unless a product listing expressly provides different rights, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. Files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied for others, uploaded to file-sharing services, or used to create products for sale.
Purchases, payments, downloads, cancellations, and eligible refunds are processed through Etsy and remain subject to Etsy’s applicable policies.
